1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wagi777 website located at wagi777.org, the Wagi777 mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Wagi777 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Wagi777 Platform. Wagi777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of Wagi777 services, you must create a single registered account. Each Filipino player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Wagi777 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names or through different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your Wagi777 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate throughout the duration of your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Wagi777 account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify Wagi777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Wagi777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to complete identity verification may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the Wagi777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Wagi777 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash — deposit and withdrawal via the GCash e-wallet application
• Maya — deposit and withdrawal via the Maya e-wallet application
• Philippine Bank Transfer — direct deposit or withdrawal to a eligible Philippine bank account

Deposits to your Wagi777 account are generally processed instantly for GCash and Maya. Philippine bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Wagi777 does not charge deposit fees, though your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

6. Games and Betting Rules

The following general rules apply across all Wagi777 game and betting products:

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Wagi777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud and payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine government authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• Player-initiated account closure or self-exclusion request.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, Wagi777 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings pending investigation. Real-money deposits that are not connected to any breach may be returned to the player subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.
